If the proxy lock in the requeue loop acquires the rtmutex for a
waiter then it acquired also refcount on the pi_state related to the
futex, but the waiter side does not drop the reference count.

Add the missing free_pi_state() call.

The PMU has two shutdown func such as rk818, the one is
syscore shutdown, the other one is pm-power-off, i2c could
handle first syscore shutdown, but not handle the other.
I2C doesn't know when the RK818 called pm-power-off func,
so i2c should hold and keep it working well, until the PMU
send power off command. If the system state was power-off,
we return directly, make the i2c transfer for pmu power-off
comand to go on work.

vpu output the stride of yuv 10 bit by byte,which is
different to rgb format.vop has support that,so rga
handle the yuv 10 bit at the same way.

If current color mode and depth is auto, information in sysfs
node is equal to zero, is not responsed to actual mode and
depth, now fix it.

rockchip_get_system_status() is always called in some functions which will
be called by rockchip_system_status_notifier(), and it will cause deadlock.
I think it is ok that remove lock in rockchip_get_system_status(), because
we do not care the value so much which is modified or not, we will get the
value again later.
