QBert HW qualification: Can the sitepc be replaced with one or more solid-state, fanless devices.

1. Single Device
   • runs platform maintenance tools
   • runs reverse tunnel / support connections
   • runs REST server for maintenance on WAP + other connected device (replaces need for VNC)
   • game server instances
     • Xamarin is workable but maybe a bit janky
     • Unity is stronger, fits with our C# dev background for games
     • java is string.. relatively easy to port from C#, since it's not UI based code.
   • video/still ad breaks
   • channel two support
