Removed the one and only text which explains what the heck does the sun symbol mean
Set the sun symbol to gray
Removed current and recent labels

Also removed dead code that deals with search by time zone

Disabled search by time zone
Sort by actual offset (respects DST) then country, then name
Dropped TZs without country. They are usually dups and since we don't search by tz name, they are hard to find.

Moved Adelaide above Broken Hill, Australia
Moved Dawson_Creek above Creston, Canada
Updated string descriptions
