      IKSWM-1236 : ASSET failure for PhotoTable service components
[issue] : PhotoTableDream and FlipperDream are not protected by the Permission
[Root Cause] : Security issue, services are exposed with having required permission
[Solution] : added the BIND_DREAM_SERVICE permission in Manifest file
