This is part of weaning apps off accessing system identifiers via
system properties API. Apps should use android.os.Build API instead.

Watch type devices defaults to using an interaction model that
  avoids the use of buttons in AlertDialogs. A buttonless
  mode was added and enabled for watch devices to conform
  with the behaviour of other similar dialogs.

When deleting, it's OK to delete entries that are parents of other
entries, as long as all the children will be deleted as well.
Also wrap the original where clause in parentheses to avoid problems
when appending more conditions.

Directories should be be inserted without trailing slash.
MTP could insert a duplicate with a trailing slash, as a child of the
original, resulting in a bogus directory entry.
