BYOD provisioning flow is triggered by a bootstrap application firing an appropriate PROVISION_MANAGED_PROFILE intent. This change added an intent filter and unified the properties parsing so ConfigureUserActivity is correctly started for both NFC & BYOD cases. It doesn't yet do anything to differentiate DeviceOwner or BYOD flows yet. Change-Id: I1a94a05fd55b0f7f9ea8c1a76ff6280a4c0b8ab7
