There was a typo that resulted in the ignored directory names being
concatenated rather than included individually in the list. This caused
us to unintentionally publish the "wrong" sources for all releases
since Mar 23, 2012.

- pinShortcuts() needs to be passed all pinned shortcut IDs from the target app,
but originally it was passing those from the target *activity*.

- Also LauncherApps throws IllegalStateException when work profile is off.
Catch runtime exceptions and show a message.
