1. dev-cleanup.sh sources/android/gccunwind/libs and
   sources/cxx-stl/llvm-libc++/libs
2. Remove tests/build/c++-stl-source-extensions from
   windows and darwin packages because it contains
   identical files in the view of case-insensitive FS.
   Test coverage in linux shall be enough.
3. Unpack RS stuffs in packaging currently in tar ball
4. delete one more gcc4.7 patch forgotten in
   60e87b82
5. test libc++ in tests/standalone/run.sh
